Centrestage Theatre Company - Committed to the Arts
Centrestage Theatre Company, formerly known as United Players Orewa, is a registered charity and has been providing quality theatre and performing arts opportunities to our local community since 1959.
Centrestage Theatre is the only purpose built Community Theatre in Orewa and it's environs. We have a long standing commitment to our artists and patrons; supporting our local community and generating greater public interest in the arts. We make sure to offer something for everyone.
Centrestage Theatre Company is run by an Executive Committee and employs Theatre Managers and Box Office personnel. However, in general we rely on our members, volunteers and supporters to keep this vibrant company and venue accessible and affordable to all of our patrons and community users.
Our Executive Committee is elected at the AGM, so if you would like to become more involved and have a say in how your theatre is run, or just want to become a more active supporter - consider signing up as a member.
There are various types of membership available and members receive discounts on ticket prices for a majority of Centrestage Theatre Company productions throughout the year.
